The client is a well-established trailer assembler and logistics operator in Nigeria, with a strong presence across West Africa. Due to the complex road conditions in the region, they required a suspension solution with excellent load-bearing performance, durability, and ease of installation.

After receiving the client’s specifications, our engineering team quickly proposed a customized version of our proven export model: a heavy-duty triple mechanical suspension, complete with thickened arms, bushings, and optional accessories.
We supported the client with:
• Custom drawings based on axle spacing and installation positions
• Optional coating types (black paint, zinc-coated finish)
• Complete packaging with installation kits and torque arms
• Sample production within 7 days
The client conducted assembly trials and confirmed that the product met their standards for structural strength, installation accuracy, and surface treatment.

The first shipment included three full 40HQ containers, shipped from China to Lagos Port in May 2025. To ensure a smooth experience, we provided:
