Our manufacturing base is located in Liangshan, Shandong, a national hub for special-purpose vehicles and component manufacturing in China. Leveraging this industrial ecosystem, Jiuzhou has taken the lead in transitioning from traditional manufacturing to a modernized, intelligent, and globally standardized production model.
We operate multiple automated production lines equipped with advanced technologies, including high-precision welding robots, 40-ton hydraulic presses, heavy-duty bending machines, and intelligent CNC machining centers. These facilities enable high consistency and productivity across all manufacturing stages.
Through close cooperation with global clients and continuous market research, Jiuzhou aligns its operations with international standards such as those from Europe and North America. We continuously optimize our processes and management systems, aiming to set the benchmark in the semi-trailer parts industry as a digital, globally competitive factory.
